Perfect your pitch and land more funding and customers, with this 7-week program designed to take a growing company to the next level. Learn how to approach and pitch investors in a way that delivers results with an opportunity to apply those lessons learned to potential customers. Designed with input from the investors and executives who hear pitches regularly, the program enables entrepreneurs at all stages of development to become savvy in creating a pitch that will deliver results.
This multi-session program, hosted by bwtech@UMBC and the Chesapeake Innovation Center, will lead entrepreneurs through an intensive course that covers all the basics in pitching content, presentations and audience awareness. This program will help enable you to tailor your message to the right audience at the right time – and highlighted by an Investor Pitch Day.
Each class involves time for in-class work, with investors and industry available to help mentor attendees. The sessions culminate in an Investor Pitch Day, followed by a Corporate Pitch opportunity in conjunction with Cyber Maryland. Participation is limited to 15 companies.
