About Me
Doug Lay is a software engineer and technical project manager with over 20 years of experience with database management systems. He is currently Vice President of IT for DinnerTime.com, a baltimore-based meal planning startup. Prior to this he spent 11 years at US News and World Report, where he was instrumental in building out most of their Web-based applications. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland.
